A little About WBI
WBI is an independent, non-denominational ministry created for the singular purpose of proving deeper bible study materials and training for people around the world who do not have an abundance of study materials or resources.  For more information about WBI please see our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

Mission Statement
To touch the world with God's Word by providing free access to Bible resources, training and personal encouragement for any person, around the world, who wants to serve God and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

Vision
The Vision of World Bible Institute is to facilitate the gospel ministry around the world by developing and providing Christians with challenging  materials and Bible courses.  These materials are specifically designed to help the student develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ by gaining a deeper understanding of the Word of God, with an end of becoming a more able minister.  WBI desires to provide these resources free of charge to people around the world via the Internet and other media as the Lord provides the resources and the guidance.  It is also our vision to provide these same Christians with a means of edification, exhortation and comfort, though personal correspondence.

Statement of Faith
The sole basis of our beliefs is the Bible, God's infallible written Word, the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. We believe that it was uniquely, verbally and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks. Read our statement of faith.

Meet the Founders of WBI
Drs. Steve and Brooke Highlander Founded World bible Institute in 2001 with the goal of providing teaching materials and personal encouragement to anyone in the world via the Internet.  WBI is a result of combining their calling, ministry experience and their experience in Internet ministry and web development to create a unique world-wide outreach.  Meet the Highlanders.
